Grand Pacific Buffet in Memphis

I love the variety. The buffet is big and the food is delicious. The sushi choices are great and the staff is friendly.

5 STARS all across the board! They have the BEST all-u-can-eat sushi bar! The Mongolian style kitchen is second to none! The soul food is AMAZING..and the service treats you like ROYALTY. I love this place!

Decent buffet. Food was very flavorful. Quality was decent for a buffet I suppose. Have a variety of things on the buffet, so it's easy to find something you'd like. Dessert is kinda blah.

Me and my family went here to eat on Sunday, it was very good... They had a great variety of food, and sushi. We definitely got our money worth, my daughter had tried the Mongolian bowl she really enjoyed that... I only gave 4 stars because they just have to clean up a little bit more... have someone in the buffet walk area and constantly clean... other than that it was great !!!

Server never spoke a word to my daughter or myself. Said thank you each time a plate was cleared, nothing. Saw him speaking to a little boy about chocolate cake beside us. You either get 1 or 5 stars from me, no in betweens. Had to ask someone else for a refill. My child, 10, was frustrated and kept sliding my cup towards edge of table like it was going to make a difference. Notified the worked at door about situation and left. 1st and last time there. Food was so so.

Very good food, it best to go a little early to get the food while it's fresh, but toe the food is always good

If you haven't been to Grand Pacific for a while, they've moved. Dining room is better, food is simply wonderful and service is like an upscale restaurant. Sushi bar is extensive and you can build your own entree, have it cooked in front of you to enjoy. Can't say enough about the quality of the offerings. The is something for every taste. Highly recommend.

They are ok. They need to make sure the food stays fresh. Sometimes the food is old. But still ok

Customer service was horrible they don’t speak at all. Fish was plain, rice had too much soy sauce, the “fried” shrimp wasn’t even fried. It was raw. I got one plate and decided to leave since it wasn’t good. After me and my husband asked for our check we didn’t put any tips due to the lack customer service and the food was horrible. The waiter has the audacity to get angry and yell “no tip no nothing?!!” And goes ahead and tells the rest of the waiters . Like whaaat? Never again returning!

First thing first, I completely love this place. My family and I have been eating here for years and we can’t get enough of this place. The new location is so spacious and due to more space they have expanded their menu. We you want some great Buffett food at great prices come here! The food is always hot and fresh but I prefer going as soon as they open because once the doors open it can become crowded for the rest of the day!

I have eaten here 3x. Every time we were placed at the same booth all the way in the in the corner to the left.I am stating this because I want other Indeginous people of this land to see how others has been taught to treat us. I will go back just to see if they will sit me at the designated " Nego, booth". I will report those findings too. I will not EAT there ever aI will not give money to people don't respect mine.This isn't the first time I noticed this practice.

Saturday July 4. I truly tried to find something edible . soups were pretty good but that was all. Crunchy fried rice (seriously). Shrimp tasted quite old. Sweet&sour chicken tough and cold. Onion pepper beef not chewable. Crab stuffed mushrooms turned out to be unpeeled shrimp in some kind of dough. $54 for 4 at lunch... Not a bargain. Won't be back.

Great service and food. If you're in the area and/or looking for a good place to eat, I highly recommend this establishment. It will satisfy your hunger and relax your mood especially if you're having a rough day.
